A practical definition

What is an AI operating partner?

A partner who helps your people use AI well and builds useful software around the way your business works.

At Briu, that means starting hands-on with the people doing the work, then implementing what proves useful. Ongoing care covers only the responsibilities we agree to carry.

How it helps

Better use of AI.
Better tools for the work.

Hands-on work can stand alone. Implementation follows only when it is useful.

AI coaching

Help your people use the tools.

Work through real tasks with executives, a team or an individual. Build practical skills and guidance for accounts, spending, company data and review.

Workflow implementation

Build what is missing.

Observe a recurring task, agree on a useful improvement and build it around existing systems. Test it with the people who will use it.

Choosing the right help

Buy the useful work,
not the label.

“AI operating partner” describes how advice, coaching and implementation can fit together. The written scope tells you what you are actually buying.

How is this different from a consultant or software agency?

Those services can overlap. A consultant may implement, and an agency may help shape strategy. Compare the actual scope: who learns the work, what gets delivered, how it is tested and who supports it afterward.

Briu keeps hands-on work and software implementation in one relationship, without requiring a company-wide transformation program.

Do we need a new platform or an agent?

No. Better use of tools you already own, clearer instructions or ordinary software may solve the problem. AI belongs where interpretation or generation helps; stable steps can become straightforward code.

Briu OS is an internal proving environment, not a platform customers must adopt. Our work distinguishes evidence from illustrations and intended outcomes.

Can this cover a whole team?

Yes. Coaching and selected workflow builds can form a broader engagement. Start with the highest-value work, agree on each commitment and expand when it makes sense.

The aim is to equip the people who know the business, not promise a fixed productivity multiplier or replacement headcount. Explore an illustrative team engagement.

What does the commercial relationship look like?

The first conversation and initial scoping are free. Paid work starts with an agreed written scope and price. Implementation has a fixed price. Low monthly care applies only to named recurring responsibilities; new functionality, further hands-on work, provider costs and applicable taxes remain separately identified.

A person retains authority over consequential actions. Sending an inquiry books nothing and creates no paid commitment. See how an engagement works.
