01 / Use

Put AI to work.

See how AI helps with files, messages and repeated work, using examples from building and running Briu. We'll look at the useful results and the mistakes.

02 / Choose

Choose a useful first task.

Leave with a way to spot a practical starting point in your own work: define the outcome, provide the context, check the result and decide what needs your approval.

A real example

A weekly report, from inputs to output.

A lender's weekly Salesforce report was assembled by hand. Briu built software to assemble it and share it through a secure link.

This example shows why clear inputs, output checks and human decisions matter.

Lucas doesn't have a presentation video yet. For a feel for the discussion, read An AI agent emailed my insurance broker and What your business should actually be doing with AI.

Make it useful for your group

Length and format.

A 20-minute short program includes a couple of firsthand examples and questions. Choose 30 to 45 minutes for a deeper discussion or 60 to 90 minutes for a hands-on session, including questions.

For a hands-on session, attendees bring one task to work through.

Lucas is happy to chat with your organizer or committee beforehand to choose a useful focus for the group.
