Hands-on work can be useful on its own. A build follows only when it is worth implementing.

The details, when you need them

One session.
Or a bigger change.

A half-day together, a focused tool, or several improvements across a team. The scope follows the work.

What a team engagement could look like

For an illustrative eight-person team: align with leadership, coach the team, walk through individual workflows and choose a few useful builds.

Illustrative engagement, not a customer case study. Scope and sequence depend on the team.

01Get leadership comfortable with AI

A half-day working session on useful applications, accounts, costs and data boundaries. Leadership leaves with a draft standard to review and clear priorities for the team.

Takeaway: a practical starting point
02Work with the team, then each person

A team session brings everyone up to speed. Individual workflow walkthroughs then reveal where people search, copy, check and follow up. We identify opportunities before deciding what deserves a build.

Takeaway: a prioritized opportunity map
03Choose the tools worth building

Perhaps checked Excel inputs and scenario comparisons for an analyst, or a client brief assembled from CRM records and shared files. Choose the work that matters most. Each build has its own scope, price and real-work acceptance test; use existing software where it already solves the problem.

Takeaway: working tools your team can test
04Keep the useful parts working

Document how each tool works and who owns it. Agree what low monthly care covers, and quote further hands-on work or new functionality separately. Expand when the next improvement is worth it.

Takeaway: clear ownership and ongoing support
How scope, pricing and support work

The first conversation and initial scoping are free. Paid work begins only after you approve a written scope and price.

  • Hands-on work: the people, real tasks, preparation, format and useful outcome.
  • Implementation: the agreed workflow, systems, deliverables, fixed price and real-work acceptance test.
  • Ongoing care: only the hosting, monitoring and maintenance named in the agreement. New work is quoted separately.
  • Outside costs: provider charges and applicable taxes are identified separately.

Every scope states data and access boundaries and who approves consequential actions. If Briu operates the result, the customer licenses the named module while care is active. Briu reuses the underlying software and workflow pattern without reusing customer data or process specifics.

How engagements work explains the path from the first conversation through delivery and ongoing care.

Questions before getting started
Can Briu help if our team is new to AI?

Yes. Coaching starts with your team's experience and real tasks. We can help choose tools, practice useful ways of working and set sensible boundaries. No software build is required.

Can Briu help if we already use Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor?

Yes. We can help teams already using coding agents make their work more reliable: better project context, appropriate permissions, useful tests and clear human approval.

Does an AI Operating Review obligate us to build?

No. It is independently useful. The recommendation can be a tool decision, role guidance, a policy change, a workshop, a playbook, a later implementation, or no paid next step.

Does Briu promise a 10x improvement?

No. We agree on a useful outcome, record a baseline and check the result against real work. Improvements are measured, not promised as a universal multiplier.

What does Briu cost?

The first working session and initial scoping are free. Paid work carries a price stated in a written scope and agreed before anything starts. Implementation has a fixed price. A low monthly fee applies only where Briu carries named ongoing responsibility. Provider charges and applicable taxes are identified separately and carry no markup. Pricing is confirmed in your written scope.

What stays human when Briu builds something?

A named person retains authority over signatures, legal attestations, money movement, sensitive access grants, consequential external sends, and customer commitments. These actions require explicit human approval.

Can an AI assistant contact Briu on my behalf?

Yes. An assistant can send an inquiry using our published intake instructions. We will reply to arrange a conversation.

Why is there no universal rate card?

The useful scope depends on the people, systems, access, risk, and maturity of the work. Briu quotes the smallest clear engagement after the free working session instead of publishing a number detached from responsibility.

What if the honest answer is not to build?

Then that is the recommendation. Keeping a workflow, improving a playbook, changing a subscription, or waiting for the rules to stabilize can be the right result.

Explore by role or kind of work

Director of Operations · Chief of Staff · Workflow owner

Turn fragmented operations into one controlled flow.

Connect the information moving between email, CRM, spreadsheets, documents, and people. Make the repeatable steps visible, put exceptions in one review queue, and preserve the person who owns the result.

Common starting points
  • Transaction intake and handoffs
  • Reconciliation and exception review
  • Required documents and project readiness
The first useful move

Map one live workflow with its owner, inputs, exceptions, decision points, and required output. Then choose the lightest intervention that can improve it.
