How it works · 01

Start with a conversation.

Tell Briu what your team is trying to do, or which part of the work keeps getting in the way. The first conversation and initial scoping are free.

Send a short note and we’ll reply with times. You do not need to prepare a brief or choose a service before getting in touch.

Agree the scope · 02

Choose the useful next step.

Every engagement starts hands-on with the people doing the work. Implementation follows only when a useful result is worth building.

Help your people

AI coaching

Agree who the session is for, the work to practice, and what participants should leave able to do. The format can suit leaders, a team, or an individual.

Improve the workflow

Workflow software

Walk through the real task with the people doing it. Map the inputs, tools, repeated steps, exceptions, and review points, then agree the smallest useful build.

Explore workflow software

Paid work begins only after a written scope and price are agreed. Sometimes a clearer playbook, better use of an existing tool, or no change is the right recommendation.

What goes in the scope?

The goal, participants, deliverables, schedule, price, customer responsibilities, and acceptance standard. For software, it also names source systems, permitted access, human approvals, ownership, and the handoff or operating arrangement.

Any deeper discovery is a separately agreed piece of work with useful outputs of its own. A known workflow does not require coaching or a company-wide review first.

What will Briu need from us?

A person who owns the result, examples of the real work, and the people who understand its rules and exceptions. For a build, we agree the necessary source material and access after setting the data boundary.

We also name who can review and accept the result. You can describe the problem in the first note without sending sensitive documents or credentials.

Do the work · 03

Put it to work.
Check the result.

The people who know the work take part in the delivery and judge the result. Important decisions and customer commitments stay with the people authorized to make them.

For coaching

Participants work through relevant tasks using the agreed tools. They leave with practical examples, working habits, and guidance they can use again. We review what they can do and where they still need help.

For software

Briu builds against the agreed workflow and tests real inputs and exceptions with its owner. You review the output and acceptance checks before handoff or agreed operation.

What does a software handoff include?

The agreed working release, documentation, access arrangements, and acceptance results. We identify how failures are noticed, who responds, and how a change can be reversed.

Stable rules belong in code and checks; AI stays where interpretation is useful. More advanced agent work can include durable context and cross-session checks.

How do we know it helped?

Agree a useful measure and a quality standard before claiming an improvement. That might mean time spent on a repeated task, correction rate, or whether participants can complete an agreed task themselves.

For a workflow, record the baseline, target, and measurement period. If a baseline was not measured, call the result observed or estimated. A working demonstration does not by itself prove time saved or business return.

Where do human approvals stay?

Agents may read approved material, prepare drafts, build, and test within scope. Any automated action must have explicit permission and an appropriate record.

A named person retains authority over signatures, legal attestations, money movement, sensitive access, and customer commitments. The scope names those approval points before the system can act.

After delivery · 04

Keep the useful work supported.

Hands-on work can finish without a build. Where implementation and ongoing care are useful, we agree exactly what Briu will build, maintain, monitor, and respond to.

Who owns the software and runs it?

The standard arrangement is a Briu-managed module built from reusable software. The customer licenses the named module while care is active, and the agreement settles hosting, access, and operating responsibility before work begins.

A client-owned agreement identifies the customer-specific deliverables to transfer after final payment. Pre-existing Briu components and third-party software keep their own ownership and license terms.

What does ongoing care cover?

Only the named responsibilities, with agreed response expectations, limits, and charges. It is not unlimited development or a requirement to keep buying coaching.

New features, additional workflows, and further coaching are separate scopes. The agreement also makes clear who operates the work if care ends.
