These Terms of Service govern use of briu.ai and Briu services. They are written in plain English for transparency and are not legal advice. If a signed statement of work, master services agreement, order form, or other written agreement exists between you and Briu, that written agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

Who Briu Is

Briu is a founder-led AI operating partner. Briu helps business leaders and teams use frontier AI and coding agents across real operations, establish practical operating standards, improve repeated workflows, build internal software modules, dashboards, integrations, and bounded agent systems, then carry named ongoing responsibility where agreed.

Using This Site

You may use briu.ai to learn about Briu, read public content, contact Briu, join the mailing list, request proposal access, or submit consultation information. You agree not to misuse the site, probe protected systems, bypass proposal gates, submit malicious payloads, interfere with the service, or use the site in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

Services

Briu provides one hands-on service that may include coaching, workflow analysis, architecture, workflow and agent implementation, reusable internal tools, dashboards, integrations, AI-enabled modules, proposal or reporting tools, and named ongoing care. Scope, pricing, timing, deliverables, support, and acceptance criteria should be confirmed in writing before paid work begins.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, estimates, examples, and public site descriptions are not guarantees of a specific outcome, cost reduction, timeline, model behavior, or business result.

Customer Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You may not use Briu services or delivered systems for unlawful activity, credential theft, spam, harassment, surveillance without proper authority, malware, evasion of security controls, regulated decisions without proper review, or any use that would compromise Briu, its customers, or third-party systems.

Intellectual Property

Briu retains ownership of its pre-existing code, templates, methods, internal tools, reusable patterns, know-how, documentation, and productized components. You retain ownership of your pre-existing data, content, marks, and business materials.

Rights to custom deliverables, customer-specific code, configuration, documentation, and outputs should be defined in the applicable written agreement. If no written agreement defines those rights, Briu grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the delivered work internally for the business purpose for which it was provided, subject to payment and these terms.

Third-Party Services

Briu systems may rely on third-party services such as Cloudflare, Resend, Google Workspace, AI model providers, customer-selected SaaS tools, and other integrations. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, pricing, and security models. Briu is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, rate limits, billing changes, or model behavior outside Briu's control.

Confidentiality

Proposal pages, gated dashboards, customer materials, workflow details, credentials, and non-public business information should be treated as confidential. Do not forward personal proposal magic links or share gated materials with unauthorized recipients.

Customer Materials And Personal Data

Service work often involves you sharing business materials with Briu, such as email templates, checklists, process documents, reports, exports, and system access. Some of that material may contain personal information about your own clients or contacts. When you share materials, you confirm you have the right to share them for the requested work.

Briu handles customer-provided materials under reasonable, industry-standard safeguards: they are used only to deliver the engaged work, they are shared only with the service providers needed to perform that work, they are never sold or used for any other customer, and they are returned or deleted on request once the work no longer requires them. For your clients' personal information, you remain the owner and controller of that data; Briu acts only on your instructions as part of service delivery. Where an engagement calls for more specific commitments, such as a data-processing agreement or defined retention terms, those are set out in the applicable written agreement.

Disclaimers

The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless a written agreement says otherwise. Briu disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and guaranteed business results to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Briu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, Briu's total liability for claims related to the site or services is limited to the amount you paid Briu for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes

Briu may update these terms as the site, services, and productized offerings evolve. The updated date above shows when the page last changed.

Governing Law

The governing law, venue, and dispute terms for paid services will be stated in the applicable signed agreement. That agreement controls for the engagement. If no signed agreement exists, these site terms do not select a governing law or venue beyond what applicable law provides.
