Workflow software built around your business
Your tools.
Working together.
Connect your spreadsheets, shared files, email and CRM around the way your team works. We map the rules and exceptions, then build and test the missing software.

Different work.
Different ways to help.
Each example is a possible build, not a delivered customer case study or ready-made integration. Tools and access are confirmed during scoping. Hands-on work can stand alone, and implementation follows only when it is useful.
01 / Analysis & decisionsCompare scenarios without rebuilding the spreadsheet.
Explore the example +
- Today
- An analyst copies downloaded data and files from SharePoint into Excel, reconciles differences and rebuilds each scenario comparison.
- A useful build
- Import agreed sources, flag missing or inconsistent inputs and prepare comparisons using the existing model, with sources and assumptions attached.
- What changes
- More time to examine the opportunity; less time preparing the same inputs.
- People keep control
- The analyst approves assumptions and conclusions. Calculation rules stay explicit and tested.
Measure: preparation time, scenarios reviewed and reconciliation errors.
Bring us an analysis workflow02 / Operations & handoffsGet the project ready for its next step.
Explore the example +
- Today
- A coordinator checks Salesforce records, SharePoint documents and Outlook correspondence to see whether a project is ready to proceed.
- A useful build
- Match records to the right document versions, check required items and fill approved templates. Flag exceptions in one shared handoff view.
- What changes
- Software checks readiness and fills the agreed fields. The owner resolves missing facts and decides whether the project proceeds.
- People keep control
- Your team resolves exceptions, approves documents and sends messages. Payments and commitments stay with authorized staff.
Measure: time spent checking status, handoff delays and rework.
Bring us an operations workflow03 / Customers & relationshipsTurn a new client into a clear team handoff.
Explore the example +
- Today
- A client lead reassembles the HubSpot deal, Google Drive documents and Gmail conversation so the delivery team knows what was agreed.
- A useful build
- Prepare a client brief, link approved documents and draft the onboarding checklist. Flag conflicting commitments and check proposed CRM updates for duplicates.
- What changes
- Software reconciles the scope and prepares record changes. The client lead resolves conflicting commitments before approving the handoff.
- People keep control
- The client lead confirms commitments, approves record changes and sends the welcome message.
Measure: handoff preparation, missed commitments and duplicate records.
Bring us a client workflowYour tools may differ. We scope the work with its owner, across analysis, operations, sales and administration.
How it works
From walkthrough to working tool.
Understand the work
Watch the workflow with its owner. Map the tools, inputs, exceptions and result that would make a difference.
Agree, build and test
Approve the scope and price. We build the tool and test it with your team against the agreed acceptance criteria.
Put it to work
Document the tool, confirm who operates it and agree any ongoing care. Further improvements get their own scope.
The details
Know what you are buying.
What makes a useful first project?
Start with recurring work and someone who knows it. We check permissions, API availability, plan limits and source quality before quoting. Shared files might live in SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box or a company network drive; the connection depends on your setup.
When measurement is in scope, agree the baseline, outcome metric, quality standard and comparison period. Proposed measures in the examples above are not measured results.
Does the tool need AI?
Often, ordinary software is the right answer: a template, script, integration, dashboard or protected module. We use existing software where it already solves the problem.
AI is useful for interpretation, generation or flexible tool use when simpler code is insufficient. The design follows the work, with appropriate checks and human review.
Ownership, approval and ongoing care
The scope states whether Briu hosts or operates the tool, or hands the identified implementation artifacts to your team. Documentation, reusable Briu technology, stabilization and support boundaries are agreed in writing.
People retain authority over signatures, payments, sensitive access and customer commitments. External actions follow explicitly approved boundaries. Monthly care covers only named responsibilities; new features and workflows are separate.
How the scope and price work
The first conversation and initial scoping are free. If deeper workflow definition is needed before a build can be priced, that work is proposed as a separate paid scope for approval.
Implementation has a fixed price for agreed deliverables and acceptance criteria. The scope also names the systems, data, access, payment schedule and any recurring care. Provider charges and applicable taxes are identified separately.
Coaching is optional and can be scoped alongside implementation.
