What you take away

Useful practice.
A clear next step.

Leave with methods you have tried, a concise reference and next actions. Meet one-to-one, for a half-day or across several sessions, with preparation and follow-up agreed in advance.

A sample session agenda
  1. Choose a task: compare documents, research a question or explain a spreadsheet.
  2. Practice with approved files and check the answer against its sources.
  3. Compare company accounts, subscription limits and usage-based costs.
  4. Agree data boundaries, review steps and what to try next.

We check current capabilities and plans for your session, then choose the tools worth practicing. The agenda adapts to your experience.

How we prepare and protect company data

Before meeting, we agree on the audience, objectives, accounts and representative tasks. Use approved source material, redacted examples or synthetic data within the company's rules.

During the session, people practice and review the work themselves. Sensitive access, commitments and consequential actions remain with authorized people.

Scope, price and follow-up

The first conversation and initial scoping are free. Paid coaching is quoted as a monthly engagement after free scoping, with the audience, format, preparation, session length, reference materials and named follow-up stated in writing.

We work on site or remotely. Travel, venue, provider charges and applicable taxes are identified separately when relevant. Further coaching or implementation is separately scoped.

AI policy, technical depth and what comes next

A session can establish practical conventions and identify policy decisions. A company-wide policy needs an agreed scope and leadership review; an AI operating review can cover that broader work.

Advanced sessions can focus on coding agents, shared context, permissions and testing. Briu draws on its own active operating work. Coaching stands on its own; a software build is optional.
